Ah, the belly dancers tonight!! They are so passionate, playful and skilled! They dance with abandon and joy! Music comes to life when they dance. One astonishing thing about the evening was the variety of music the dancers used. Apparently, one can belly dance to ANYTHING! As long as it has a beat!!
At the end of the performance, a lot of the dancers came on to the floor and improvised some dances. I jammed a little on my violin, along with two drummers. I tried to match the style and joy of the dancers!! It was so much fun!
